Command Matching regex

- There can be more than 1 command per line. - Commands in the same line are separated by commas - Commands can contain parameters separated by comma, and these commands do not have to interfere with commas used to separate Commands. - Whitespaces are allowed in command instructions, so LOREM IPSUM DOLOR should be considered one command instead of 3. - Commas are not matched, it is matched in the command parameter but that is desirable, since command parameters will be processed elsewhere. THIS REGEX DOES WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AT PRESENT TIME.
